Faraday Future Dragon Racing has revealed a stunning new white livery for the upcoming season of the FIA Formula E Championship, which is entering its third year.

The American team, led by Jay Penske, son of IndyCar team owner Roger, announced a new partnership with Faraday Future at last season’s London ePrix with the technology company becoming a title sponsor. The press conference held at Battersea Park not only announced the coming together of the two American brands, but also confirmed the retention of both Jerome d’Ambrosio and Loic Duval as the drivers.

The team sported a bold metallic red in season two, now replaced by a predominantly white design with black Faraday Future branding creating diamond-shaped styling down the sidepods and around the back of the car.

Having found success in the first two seasons, with victories for d’Ambrosio and podiums for Duval as well as runners up in the season one team standings, Faraday Future Dragon Racing is hoping to become a more regular feature at the sharp end of the grid and challenge for the title. “Unveiling our first livery is an incredible opportunity to showcase the energy that our team brings to Formula E,” said Marco Mattiacci, Global Chief Brand & Commercial Officer, Faraday Future. “As we look forward to the future, Formula E will prove to be an invaluable practice that will bolster Faraday Future Dragon Racing’s capabilities both on and off the race track.” “With Faraday Future as our partner, this further positions Dragon Racing as a leader in Formula E,” said Jay Penske, Team Owner and Team Principal of Dragon Racing. “This livery is a representation of our joint vision and desire to innovate at every step of this alliance.”
