[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

After three races into the championship, the Buenos Aires ePrix has been FFDR’s best one by far. The American squad came from two inconsistent races and left Argentina with one of its biggest performances so far, including a strong battle on track between team-mates Jerome d’Ambrosio and Loic Duval.

The team started the season on the back foot, not achieving the results expected in the first two rounds. However, Buenos Aires was a breakthrough for Faraday Future Dragon Racing, as both drivers got into the points and showcased an impressive pace and performance that put the team in the right direction ahead of Mexico.

Duval, who started from P14, moved up an important number of places and finished P6, with eight points in the bag for him. d’Ambrosio started in P9 and managed to overtake a handful of cars, looking strong during the whole course of the race, before finally finishing eighth and earning four points after a disappointing non-scoring race in Morocco.

The most remarkable moment of the race happened when both FFDR cars had a strong battle on track fighting head-to-head, proving once again both drivers’ solid performance in Buenos Aires. The team is now seventh in the standings.

The Belgian started the race from P9, overtaking Felix Rosenqvist as soon as the green lights went out. He retained that position until it was time for the car swap.

After coming out of the pits, he saw himself positioned again in the top ten, strongly battling with team-mate Duval in the last stages of the race. The 31 year-old ended in P8, scoring four points after a disappointing race in Marrakesh.

d’Ambrosio now goes to Mexico aiming to repeat last year’s performance, when he set a time that put him on pole and later became winner of the race.
