Owned by Michael Andretti, part of the legendary Andretti motorsport family, the American squad goes into their third season in the series, with a partnership with giant German premium manufacturer BMW. This season’s line up is one of the most promising ones, with Robin Frijns still on the team and former BMW DTM driver Antonio Felix Da Costa joining the American squad after two years with Team Aguri.
Continuing with their characteristic blue in their livery, the team goes into the series’ third season proving once again why they are in Formula E, now with their new partner BMW. Their new and promising driver line-up will bring consistency to the American squad – something they lacked in the past, sampling eight different drivers in the inaugural Formula E season. Furthermore, the team is running their own powertrain this season, after not taking the risk to showcast their own development in the second season of Formula E.
