Prost: “We’re always fighting for the top five”

Following a Paris ePrix in which he was able to come home in fourth place, Nicolas Prost talked to ERN senior editor Bethonie Waring about his home race as well as the season so far.

“It was great. The problem is, you really focus more on your race and the result so you cannot enjoy the event all that much but it’s been a fantastic event with a great track so I really enjoyed it.”

“We needed to get a good result after getting so many problems. The pace was more or less the same as every race. We’re always fighting for the top five. I think Lucas (di Grassi) and Seb (Buemi) are a bit stronger this year let’s hope we can finish the championship like this, score good points in every race.”

“It’s both. If I can win the race, of course I will fight with Seb. If he’s quicker, I’m not going to fight. That’s stupid. But we have to win both championships so if I had many problems and I can’t win the championship why not help my team mate?”

“It’s mostly reliability problems. We are more or less the same in quali, if you look at the results. For me, I lost so many because of reliability problems.”
